I was all set to stamp and tuck the rest of the cards I had made for operationwritehome.org, when once again I couldn't find the stamp. They are going to hate me, I have now requested my third stamp. I can't help it, it is pretty small. I plan on ordering something through the website to make up for the cost of the stamps. I have 61 cards that are ready to ship, but now I will just wait for the next deadline to add some more. I've mainly just be using up scraps to make cards and I made about fourteen more over the past few days. Hopefully by the next deadline I'll have a good number of cards for them.

This is my second attempt at making a shaped card using my gypsy and it actually turned out this time. There must be some freak thing going on with my gypsy because even though the image looks right after welding, it still cut messed up the first time. This card was a good end to my weekend. This is my first Mother's Day since my son moved away. I spent it with family but otherwise this was a lazy weekend. lol I deserve one of those occasionally, back to work and the gym tomorrow.

Rock On!!
Birthday Bash Cricut cartridge. I did a little shopping today and I'm super pleased with one of my purchases, I'm thinking of returning the paper pad I got. I swear the tag said $5.00, but after I was already out the door, I noticed it rang up $10. I did the math and it's only 20 cents a sheet, but do I really need more paper? I'd say I've wasted money over the years buying scrapbook supplies and never using them. I gave quite a bit away on the last purge. If I'd known then what I know now. lol

Captain America Birthday Banner
I made this banner for a friend's son's birthday. This was my 2nd attempt at making banners and I think it turned out pretty decent. I used the Paper Doll Dress Up Cricut cartridge and just colored the costume and mask.
